Bug#1068553: ITP: python-overrides -- Python decorator to verify that expected overrides are maintained



Oh, oops.  Not sure what to suggest at this point; perhaps I could
drop a note to the ftpmasters?  There's not much difference between
them (except that I used pytest to get autopkgtest to work and my
package description was much less detailed).

Whichever one is accepted, we should certainly drop or archive the
salsa repo for the other!  I don't have any views either way.
