It uses cURL to curl the file byte-by-byte and uses DD to put the curled output to a Physical Drive! Also it displays all physical devices with lsblk and waits 15 seconds to terminate the program if it was started wit wrong arguments.

Piping together two commands and prefixing them by lsblk and sleep, does not make up something that warrants a Debian package on its own.
