 A Python library for interacting with the LXD REST API.

I'm planning to package the python bindings for LXD. I think it would
make sense to team-maintain it under the Python Team umbrella.

  Due to Canonical's recent actions relicensing LXD and adding a new
CLA requirement (see
https://stgraber.org/2023/12/12/lxd-now-re-licensed-and-under-a-cla/),
I am no longer motivated to work on this ITP.

  If there is renewed interest at some point in the future, please feel
free to reopen the bug and assign to yourself.
