I intend to orphan the gpac package because I'm no longer able to bring up
the time and energy for properly maintaining this package.

The package description is:
 GPAC stands for GPAC Project on Advanced Content (a recursive acronym). It is
 an Open Source multimedia framework for research and academic purposes. The
 project covers different aspects of multimedia, with a focus on presentation
 technologies (graphics, animation and interactivity).
 .
 This package contains the following utilities:
   - MP4Box

It has a bit of a complicated security history but has recently
(the last few years) gotten much more attention upstream.
