There are two main things here that I am not quite sure about:
1. the sphinxcontrib-ditaa does not have its github homepage, on [0],
the homepage is about ditaa. so be carefuly with d/upstream/metadata
2. there is no test cases from upstream, so the autopkgtest is confused
to me. Now it skips.
