libcpr is a C++ wrapper library around libcurl inspired by the Python
Requests
project. Using the more expressive language facilities of C++11, this
library
captures the essence of making network calls into a few concise idioms.

Since it facilitates performing HTTP requests from C++, it would be
nice to
have it in Debian.

We are already working on the package and will be able to provide the
first 
version of it soon. We will then look for a mentor to review and
integrate
the package into Debian.
