Bug#1016722: ITP: cvmfs -- The CernVM File System

Hi,

that would be very useful to have indeed! I looked at this very briefly and figured it is probably not trivial to package, so good luck.
Let me know if you need a sponsor or any other help for this.

Cheers,
Stephan

Description     : The CernVM File System

The CernVM File System provides a scalable, reliable and low-maintenance software distribution service. It was developed to assist High Energy Physics (HEP) collaborations to deploy software on the worldwide-distributed computing infrastructure used to run data processing applications.

Although cvmfs is already packaged by cern, it will be more convenient
to deploy related software if distributed by Debian.
