Description : Python interface to the gatttool Bluetooth command

It would be great if this was part of Debian. This library is used by
the bluetooth_le_tracker component of Home Assistant, and is needed to
get this component working on Hassbian.

I created draft packaging rules on <URL: https://salsa.debian.org/pere/pygatt >
but lack the spare time required to maintain it properly in Debian.
