This package contains the various proprietary and closed-source

makemkv-bin is a sister package to makemkv-oss that contains proprietary 
components required for it to function.
I have already completed the package and am filing this ITP because it 
was previously one ITP that covered both packages and I need this one as 
a bug for makemkv-bin to close.
