Bug#975991: marked as done (ITP: lti -- library for the Learning Tools Interperability (LTI) standard)

I am already maintaing packages wims and wims-lti, this package makes sense
together with them.

The package python3-lti is already provided by the source package
python-lti, maintained by the Debian Python Modules Team currently.

So the ITP was an mistake from my part.
