In fact, what is now the minetest-mod-throwing package contains both a
framework and an implementation, and upstream split it in two
repositories.

So the minetest-mod-throwing 1.1-1 will only contain the framework, and
the new package minetest-mod-throwing-arrows 1.1-1 will be the
implementation.

I plan to maintain it within the Debian Games team like the other
minetest-mod-* packages I contribute to.
