A metapackage to get all tools required for development of Apertium
languages and pairs, such as lttoolbox, apertium, apertium-lex-tools,
apertium-separable, cg3, and hfst.
Q. why is this package useful/relevant? is it a dependency for
A. Meta package for all Apertium development packages. Removed
apertium-dev from apertium as it was causing unnecessary blockage of
Apertium package when one of package depending on apertium-dev has RC
bug.
Q. how do you plan to maintain it? inside a packaging team
(check list at https://wiki.debian.org/Teams)?
