There's something weird about this module.
It depends on github.com/smartystreets/goconvey, which is the more
recent version of itself.

It is listed in the go.mod for gomissing, one of the
golang-github-anacrolix-dms-dev dependencies, but as "indirect".  It's
not actually invoked by gomissing (or by github.com/bradfitz/iter)

Maybe we don't need to package it after all.
anacrolix-dms builds without this glycerine-goconvey. So we don't need this version of goconvey, hence I'm closing this ITP.
