On salsa, on your festvox-ru project page, in the Settings panel, in the
General subpanel, Expand the Advanced section, and in the Transfert
Project box, you should be able to choose "Debian TTS Maintainers". If
it doesn't appear in the list, I'll increase your access to the group.
