While I have no intention nor the time to maintain FreeRADIUS in Debian, I needed an up-to-date version for some internal tests and did some prep-work for the current 3.0.19 release, available here: https://salsa.debian.org/hartge-guest/freeradius Maybe this is help- or useful.
