WSGI adapter for aiohttp enabling any WSGI module to run on top of aiohttp
(Django, Flask).

I have been using this module myself, its useful to mix asyncio and threaded
WSGI. The plan is to maintain it within DPMT.

I have started a debian package in https://salsa.debian.org/wg-guest/aiohttp-
wsgi, although its my first one and any tips are welcome.
