Bug#863326: RFA: pngtools -- series of tools for PNG (Portable Network Graphics) images

Hello,

I don't know if it's still possible but I would like to adopt the 
package. I am an user of the package and I am starting to get into Debian.

I have already packaged 10 + packages but I would like some help if 
possible.
