I request an adopter for the python-azure package.

The package description is:
 The Azure SDK provides a set of Python packages that make it easy to access
 the Microsoft Azure components such as ServiceManagement, Storage, and

I no longer have the time to maintain this package, and I also no longer
have access to Azure via an MSDN subscription.
