nextepc is an implementation of the infrastructure for a 4G cellular
network. This
infrastructure is called the "Evolved Packet Core".
It is similar to packages such as openbsc, osmo-bsc, osmo-msc for 2G (3G).

It will be maintained in the Debian Mobcom team.
