Bug#907780: Package is removed upstream

Hi!

I've packaged babel-minify for babel-helpers. Packaging is at

    https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/babel-minify

This package, babel-helper-is-nodes-equiv, is missing from upstream. It
is possible to acquire it from npm but upstream removed it from there
repository. See babel-minify's CHANGELOG.md

Is this package necessary for e.g. meteor?
