All four packages have been removed from the archive.

- node-classnames: #903416
- node-ifvisible.js: #903418
- node-progressjs: #903417 (rejected from NEW)
- node-simplestatemanager: #903419 (rejected from NEW)

These packages are mostly complete, but are no longer dependencies of Rainloop. The source repositories will remain under the pkg-javascript group on salsa.debian.org so that they can be resubmitted to the archive if another package depends on them in the future.
