Using gbp import-orig (should be documented in the team wiki, i.e.
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMultimedia/DevelopPackaging)

Thanks for the libva update, but please also add libva-driver-abi-1.3 to
libva2's Provides. Otherwise rebuilds of the drivers won't be installable.
