 Package that provides the kernels used by Spyder on its IPython
 console.

 Spyder is the Scientific Python Development Environment.

Spyder-kernels is a required dependency for spyder>=3.3. I would suggest
to co-maintain this package wit the Debian Science Team wherein spyder
and its plugins are currently located.
