Bug#843207: ITP: man2texi -- man page to texinfo file converter

Status Update:

Nelson Beebe has published his latest book, _The Mathematical-Function
Computation Handbook: Programming Using the MathCW Portable Software
Library,_ and is working on completing the free software distribution
that will accompany the book.  That monumental effort has taken the
majority of his time over the past several years.

He has sent me a version of man2texi that still needs some work before
it can be released.  Some issues with texinfo need to be resolved.  I
have not looked at this yet but (now that Unifont 11.0.01 is released)
plan to look at it soon.
