 Rampler is a module for sampling genomic sequences.  It is a
 precondition for racon.

This package is a precondition for racon (#890187).

The description is quite weak and thus I've asked upstream for
a better description in
   https://github.com/rvaser/rampler/issues/1
In a similar case upstream was very fast in responding so I hope
to be able to deliver better information soon.
