 Hello,

  I intend to orphan the xml-commons-external package. It is technically
team-maintained by the Debian Java team, but the other listed uploader
hasn't touched the package for a very long time, so I prefer to mark
the package as orphaned.

The package description is:
 xml-commons is focused on common code and guidelines for xml
 projects.  The first focus will be to organize and have common
 packaging for the various externally-defined standards code relating
 to XML - things like the DOM, SAX, and JAXP interfaces.
