You should probably send an explicit request for sponsor (RFS), on the
pkg-go-maintainer list, while leaving the bug in CC and with a specific
subject like "RFS: IRTT (#888985)" to allow your request to stand out a
bit in the flow of notification (or ask again on IRC but staying a bit
longer so people can reply later if they don't see your message
immediately).

A Debian Developper can then review your package and upload it (or ask
you to fix some stuff).
