Yes, all components require libveyon-core and veyon-plugins.

Yes, it's a configuration tool/frontend for Veyon installations but
not required for running master or service.

It's the same as Configurator, it's a non-graphical frontend for
performing various (mostly administrative) Veyon installation related
tasks.

They're required by all components since they also contain the
platform abstraction plugin which is a basic requirement of Veyon
Core.
