I have no capacity left to maintain "winswitch" which needs new maintainer...

Maintaining this package requires time and skills. Please only adopt this
package if you will have enough time and attention to work on it.

Also I'm sorry to say that although upstream is very capable he is often rude 
to Debian which make communication with him very difficult.
