Bug#881424: RFP: ausweisapp2 -- online authentication using German identity document

Hello Martin,

it's about two years ago while I was trying to convince Governikus Gmbh
to open the source for that application. This conversion was not really
user friendly and I gave up on that quickly.
But well, it seems in between the German government has changed their
mind on that. Definitely a step forward.

Unfortunately there is still a CLA signing needed to forward patches
upstream.

I'm unsure if a package maintainer or at least myself will support such
things as I diassagree on both points strictly.

Now that even GitLab has take back their CLA requirement for good
reasons it would be straight forward to be clear on that here too. Maybe
it's worth talk to the FSFE due their Public Code campaign
