 Create a COLR/CPAL-based color OpenType font from the EmojiOne
 collection of emoji images.
 Useful font on systems that support layered color TrueType fonts, e.g.
 Mozilla Firefox and other Gecko-based applications running on any
 platform.

Currently Firefox and Thunderbird as well ship that font as an embedded
pre-build font and need that to display EmojiOne graphics. For the
typical reasons to avoid shipping of embedded files it would be useful
booth packages could depend on such a font package. And other
applications could use that font too.
