As I lack write access to the pkg-hamradio git area, I've pushed a draft
package to <URL: https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/gr-gsm.git >
as a starting point.  The d/copyright file is autogenerated so far and
need more work.

I plan to move the git repo when write access to its final resting site
is in place.
