The App::LedgerSMB::Admin Perl module is no longer going to be required for the LedgerSMB application and so it will no longer need to be packaged for Debian, as evidenced by this upstream commit:

The currently plan to release that change with version 1.5.8 of LedgerSMB;  when that does happen, I close this ITP.

Have confirmed that as of LedgerSMB v1.5.8 [1], the requirement for this application/module has been dropped.  I have already dropped it from the ledgersmb package that I'm the process of updating for the new version;  dropped it today from the ledgersmb-1.5 package that is also in progress (although that one is not intended for Debian itself).
