The LedgerSMB upstream has confirmed that they intend to import/migrate the library modules etc of App::LedgerSMB::Admin into LedgerSMB itself and that their current plans are that it should be included in LedgerSMB v1.5.8, which is currently under development.

If/when that comes to pass as expected, I will then close this ITP as no longer being necessary.
