Bug#861980: RFP: chromium-adblock-plus -- advertisement blocking extension for web browsers

Since recently, Chromium in Debian no longer allows installation from
the Chrome Web Store by default, creating an increased need to package
useful Chromium extension (or requiring the user to enable external
extensions again, through the configuration).
While Adblock Plus is probably the most popular extension, and is
already packaged for Firefox and other Gecko apps
(xul-ext-adblock-plus) for a very long time, there still is no package
for Chromium.
In case somebody wants to pick this up, which we (upstream) would
appreciate, source tarballs can be downloaded from here:
