Was previously removed, see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=591059 et al. It is still in use, however, and bugs in the current version are showing up on Wine's source code browser. See http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25453.
