Node-has is a dependency of node-tape (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=798278) and should probably be maintained within the
Debian Javascript Team.

Hi,

Bastien Roucariès has successfully package node-tape. Node-has was a
dependency of node-tape, but it is a trivial module and should not be
packaged in Debian.

See node-tape for an example patch that drops the need for node-has.
