I have not made any changes to it, so have not created my own repo for
it. The upstream source is available at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/radlib/files/radlib/radlib-2.12.0/
The source or binary packages can also be downloaded via (unsigned)
apt sources from the wview repository:
deb http://www.wviewweather.com/apt/wheezy wheezy main
deb-src http://www.wviewweather.com/apt/wheezy wheezy main
To build the package with cowbuilder, I found the following commands
to be useful:
sudo cowbuilder create --basepath /var/cache/pbuilder/wview.cow --override-config --othermirror "deb http://www.wviewweather.com/apt/wheezy wheezy main"
gbp buildpackage --git-pbuilder-options='--basepath /var/cache/pbuilder/wview.cow'
Unfortunately, the second command does not work out of the box and
requires 0001-git-pbuilder-Check-OPTIONS-for-basepath.patch from
https://bugs.debian.org/856263
