Bug#850259: ITP: node-single-line-log -- Keep writing to the same line in the terminal. Very useful when you write progress bars, or a status message during longer operations

This short description is too long, and the long description is missing.

I see that npm2deb creates a template that includes a FIX_ME in the long
description -- simply removing it does not constitute fixing the lack of
a long description.

The line about what Node.js is should also be left in place, as well as
the separating '.'
