It shows notifications about numlock or capslock state change.

This is a Gnome Shell extension.
My laptop (Dell XPS L702x) does not have a NumLk indicator. This enables me to
see the status at a glance.

There is another extension called Keys Indicator but it also shows the status
of the Shift, Ctrl & Alt keys which I think is unecessary. Also, this extension
takes more space on the top panel.

I would like someone to package and maintain.
