Gustavo did now thie QA upload, you're very welcome to adopt this
package now, if you're still interested.
Pease indicate this by retitling this bug to
"ITA: tsocks -- transparent network access through a SOCKS 4 or 5
proxy", so that everyone knows about your intentions.
