The MooX::BuildArgs role provides the arguments via the "build_args" attribute. This package is needed as a dependency for the upcoming ITPs of my MooX::Role::CloneSet package and, ultimately, my lintian-sort tool (https://devel.ringlet.net/textproc/lintian-sort/). I intend to maintain it within the pkg-perl team.
