I'm not using launchy since some time ago, so it probably deserves a
better maintainer. Most desktop environments already provide a program
launcher, but this can still be useful for raw WM users and for users
coming from Windows, which may want to keep using the same launcher.
Upstream is missing since initial packaging, and seems unlikely it's
going to reappear anytime soon.
