Hi Neil,

is there a good reason why you aren't doing
  reassign 835924 ftp.debian.org
  retitle 835924 RM: emdebian-archive-keyring -- RoM; obsolete
?

Considering that Emdebian is no longer being developed and its last 
release was for wheezy, I don't really see the point in having the
keys in the archive.
