Description: Lightweight Communications and Marshalling library

LCM is a minimalist system for message passing and data marshaling,
targeted at real-time systems where latency is critical. It provides a
subscribe/publish message passing model and an XDR-style message
specification language with bindings for applications in C, Java, and
Python. It was originally designed and used by Team MIT as its message
passing system in the 2007 DARPA Urban Challenge.
