A lightweight text editor with support for multiple programming
languages, color schemes, code folding, file monitoring,
multiple selection etc.

There already is a Debian package template here:
https://github.com/notepadqq/notepadqq-packaging/tree/master/Debian
but I'm not able to maintain it because of the amount of work it
requires.
