speaklater is a Python module providing an implementation of lazy strings.
Every time a lazy string is evaluated, it changes its value based on a user
provided callable. These lazy strings can be useful in combination with
gettext for translations.

Comment: this is a revive intend as this package has been recently remove
by its former maintainer: #825854

Hi Folks,

it appears that current Sage[Math] (version 7.3) can be built against
python-flask-babel 0.11 which does no more depend on speaklater as specifiy
in the ROM email of the last maintainer (#825854).
