Yesterday I've created a repository at alioth (collab-maint/pagure), but it's still empty. I should push my changes later today. As for a mailing list, I haven't created anything. So far, we're using this bug to coordinate the collaboration. But I can request the creation of a group on alioth when the package is accepted. I'll let you know when I push the code today.
