So, this turned out to be more complicated. To have a properly working
browser version, it depends (transitively) on other 3 unpackaged JS
libraries. At the same time, the project I am working on accepted my
suggestion to drop this dependency. So I am withdrawing my ITP.

If anybody wants to continue, I have left and almost finished package at
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/js-yaml.js.git
