I have to admit I know almost nothing about Pascal. But my initial impression is that the dpic tarball now does include the source as .x files https://ece.uwaterloo.ca/~aplevich/dpic/ In fact the changes file (on the website but the changes files is unfortunately not included in the latest tarball) has this entry: "2015 12 31 Code tweaked to remove memory leaks.
